Culinary Center<\/strong>, specializing in food entrepreneurship, and deepened my passion for food, wine, and chocolate.<\/p><p>Along the way, I became a certified chocolate taster and an advocate for ethical, bean-to-bar chocolate.\u2028\u2028<strong>But what truly stayed with me was food\u2019s ability to connect Curiosity never stopped and led me to travel for a year with my backpack in Central America, where I ended up making my divemaster in Panama. I am a true lover of the sea.<\/p><p>Coming home during these years has been rediscovering San Sebastian with fresh eyes not just as the place I grew up, but as a city full of stories and great culinary tradition.
